State Nihilism has Installed Anti-Discrimination as an Anti-Ethics, in the Place Where Real Values Should Be
Anti-discrimination is not a new value system or code of ethics; but a nihilistic replacement for real ones: it is an anti-ethics. Insofar as it is political, anti-discrimination establishes its rule by aggression, and annihilates real values, which involve a requirement for some sort of discrimination. The more a traditional value or ideal would have us discriminate more rather than less, the regime of anti-discrimination tends to subvert and obliterate that value or ideal.

Have you seen David Brin's essay "The Dogma of Otherness"? It hints at the inherent contradiction in having anti-discrimination as the highest virtue, though being a liberal, he doesn't take things to it's logical conclusion, that the complete dominance of anti-discrimination is untennable for a nations survival.

From the part I read, he does catch them in some contradictions, but doesn't seem to realize that a contradiction-in-terms having been found, completely refutes the 'dogma' which yielded it. It reminds me of Allan Bloom's saying 'opennness to closedness is what we teach', and not taking the tiny further step, of concluding that the contradiction-in-terms that he draws out, refutes the idea he's finding fault with. I also dislike the effrontery of the people quoted, presuming to speak for 'our culture' when they are clearly in some non-Western pattern of cherishing contradictions, and worshipping 'animal intelligence'.
Wouldn't Flipperism be a religion of renunciation, and a rather oriental one, if it had any sincere votaries?
