Our Republic Must Be 'A Government Of Laws & Not Of Men'
...while Obama just defying the Supreme Court would mean most fundamental lawlessness relative to our constitutional law. Law, or personalities on a political stage, mindlessly vying for power, those are the alternatives. Personalities being treated as above the law because they have been fetishized by corrupted media, are not compatible with the continuity of the republic as such, as described above. The high court cannot reasonably evade this conflict.

Obama Allows Ineligibility To Stand Unchallenged
on the level of a Supreme Court proceeding: Solicitor general's office dodges questions about birth certificate complaint-- also see Berg to File Emergency Injunction Today, Awaits Answer from Barack Obama and DNC ...though they have two days for mail delivery (i.e. some time Wednesday) still left to respond, the verdict would appear to be that there has been an admission by default of ineligibility

John,

You've visited this issue quite a few times. I have to ask you, if B.O. is found to have been born outside the U.S., and is therefore ineligible, what then?

I guarantee you riots for one thing, and an extremely sullen 45 million black Americans, inclined to inflict more social damage than ever before.

Does this mean Joe Biden gets to be president or Hillary, the second-place-finisher?

If it meant McCain got to be president, could you --imagine--the anti-social consequences of the behavior of the 60+million Obama voters THEN? I mean hell, the guy did win by 7 million votes.

I dont think that he will be disqualified, but if he was by some remote chance..............egad(!) things could get ugly here, and might be really ugly thereafter UNTIL someone black either won the presidency or was at least the vice president. I remember the Rodney King riots pretty vividly......and Im inclined to think this would be much worse.

None of this would be an issue if B.O. were white, but we both know that his being black means a world of difference.

You know the racial angle also works the other way. The blacks have for generations depended on the Supreme Court to get things for them. In 2000 there were no riots that I recall. In 2004 there were allegations of a stolen election in Ohio, but no riots.
