This is the word from the top of the moderate right political structure; no jokes, no smears, just the devastating associations, which I say are disqualifying for the command-in-chief of our armed forces. Added Thursday: Murtaugh to continue focus on Ayers, and they're drawing the connection to qualifications for the command-in-chief of the armed forces, as is crucial. Obama is an applicant for that, not one entitled to a presumption of innocence from 'guilt by association'. He must win our trust, not pretend that it is just owed to him.
