Being a trusted colleague and collaborator of terrorists, means being unable to win the trust of the voters who know of this disqualification for the command-in-chief of the armed forces. There may be a 'now or never' feeling on the left, as they appear to be willing to use a scorched-earth policy relative to the reputation of the major media outlets, as if believing that other outlets may henceforth come to political dominance. If so, it is that much more important to cause them to lose this time, because of the danger that they would be tempted to extreme measures, to avoid losing influence such as they have now through big media.

Two questions: Shouldn't Mayor Daley's comments be included in articles assessing the relationship between Ayers and Obama? Are 'friends' different than 'pals'?"
