Amazing how these conspiracy theorists have developed such intricate plans and displays, and even fooled the Canadians into building a several thousand-mile section of the NAU (North American Union Concept) superhighway/rail network, when American officials assure us that only crazies believe that the Security Prosperity Partnership, if it exists, would include such things, much less an amero currency or any cession of sovereignty.

"Rep. Duncan Hunter's (R-CA) amendment to prohibit the use of federal funds for SPP working groups, which passed the House by the remarkable bipartisan vote of 362 to 63 on July 24, 2007.
The Hudson White Paper suggests that it might be "necessary" for SPP to change its name and acronym. It is unlikely that a change of name will silence the American people who are outraged by the SPP's goals and process."
...As well they should be. Treaties require a super-majority in the Senate, not secretive little groups of federal officials empowered to cede large or small attributes of sovereignty. It is especially egregious when the sum of the negotiations could be so momentous, and the hiddenness of the process essentially confesses that officials know that there would be great popular revulsion against it.

Im glad Im not the only one who is disgusted by the SSP. So much in our lives isn't decide by the voters anymore or elected officals under the executive branch.
Memo to Dick Cheney: What are you going to do when someone you do not like wins the presidency, after you've given the executive office all sorts of extra-constitutional powers? You will have a mess. Can you imagine what a Hillary/Obama could do at the reigns of this nation empowered by the acts that Bush/Cheney have gotten through if they really wanted to.
